Lichfield Half Marathon completed and raised for money for Nowzad Dogs.

After a very short training program I took on the Lichfield Half Marathon. The people of the area came out to cheer everyone on and hand out refreshments along the way. It was a fantastic atmosphere. I wore my new Nowzad vest top to help raise awareness. I managed to raise £100 for Nowzad Dogs.
